Setting up our plot on the week after Irma! Dr. Zhao advised us and helped us set it up on Saturday, so we definitely got a head start on it.
Here is our plot from the side view! We made some beds go east to west as an experiment, although north to south is conventionally preferred for maximum sun.
Here we are, planting some sweet potato! We're hoping these take off and also help with the weeds.
