Objectives
Our objectives for this project are to incorporate vegetable crops from the different continents of the world and create a treatment system that will allow each individual kind of vegetable to thrive to its full potential. In order to do so we must keep track of air and soil temperature measurements in addition to sun exposure and additive nutrients. We will begin by planting our seeds and transplants directly into the soil on our garden plot. Based on the individual growing specifications of each crop, we will monitor and deliver natural soil enhancing fertilizers such as compost and place shade cloths where needed. At the end of the growing period we hope to have a wide variety of fresh organically grown vegetables.
